Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
Pitch background verification services (employment, education, criminal, address checks, etc.).
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Acquire new corporate clients (B2B sales).
Build long-term relationships with HR managers, recruiters, and compliance teams.
Understand client requirements and customize service offerings.
Negotiate pricing and close deals.
3. Revenue & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
Track performance metrics and improve conversion rates.
4. Market Research
Monitor competitor offerings and pricing.
Identify new industry segments for BGV services.
Stay updated on compliance and regulatory requirements related to background screening.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with operations and verification teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
Ensure proper documentation and contract processing.
Provide regular sales reports to management.
