Job Description – Field Business Development Executive
At Zit Car Rental

Position: Field BD Executive
Experience Required: 6 Months – 2 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)
Location: Sec 55 Gurgaon / Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and acquire new clients through field visits
• Promote car rental / cab service offerings to potential customers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

Eligibility & Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred
• Bike mandatory for field visits
• Car rental / travel industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Presentable and professional personality
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Confident in client interactions
• Good negotiation & persuasion ability
• Comfortable with field work
