Hiring: Business Development Manager (School Partnerships) – EdTech

Location: Chennai, Chengalpattu, Vellore & Salem

Job Type: Full-Time (Field Work)

Joining: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain partnerships with schools in the assigned district.

Meet Chairmen, Correspondents, Principals, and other key decision-makers.

Conduct school visits, presentations, and partnership meetings.

Generate new business opportunities and close partnership tie-ups within the assigned timeline.

Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.

Travel extensively within the assigned district to achieve business targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1+ year of experience in EdTech Business Development or School Partnership Sales.

Strong existing network with school management and decision-makers.

Proven track record of successfully acquiring school partnerships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Employment Terms

Work Type: Field Work

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Probation Period: First 3 months.

During the probation period, salary will be based on individual performance.

Salary Package: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Travel Allowance: Provided separately as per company policy.

Vehicle Requirement: Candidate must own a bike or any personal vehicle with a valid driving licence.

Preferred Candidate: Immediate joiners with a successful track record of school tie-ups and partnerships.
