Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals in digital services (website, app, CRM, and software development).
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and networking
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Pitch services like website development, mobile apps, CRM, and digital solutions
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with the technical team for project understanding
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in IT services sales (Web/App/CRM preferred)
• Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and lead generation tools
• Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in digital agency or IT company
