Preferred Candidate:
Any Graduate with relevant experience on field sales(B2B-Travel Portfolio) and having proven record on lead generation, Follow-up, Product demo, customer relationship and lead closure for a pay of Rs-15,000 with allowance Rs 1500.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. You will support the team in identifying leads, maintaining client relationships, lead closures and contributing to revenue generation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the field sales team in visiting clients and prospects to promote products/services.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Distribute promotional materials and explain product benefits.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Follow up with leads and support closing deals under supervision.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Provide regular feedback and reports to the sales team.
Represent the company professionally in the field.
Requirements:
Strong communication, Sales, Branding, Marketing, Presentation (Product Demo)and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel locally and interact with clients face-to-face.
Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
Good organizational and reporting skills.
