JOB DESCRIPTION Security Consultant Company Locations Salary Industry V Protect – SIS Group Delhi | Jaipur | Pune | Hyderabad Up to Rs. 50,000 per month Security Solutions / Services Designation Experience Employment Type Security Consultant Minimum 1 year Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Security Consultant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, identifying customer requirements, presenting suitable security solutions, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closure. The candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills and should be comfortable working in a field-sales environment. Key Responsibilities • Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other business development activities. • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory. • Meet prospective customers and understand their security requirements. • Present and explain the company's security solutions and services to customers. • Conduct product/service demonstrations wherever required. • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closure. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers. • Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets. • Conduct regular market visits to identify potential customers and business opportunities. • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements. • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager. Candidate Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, B2B Sales, or B2C Sales. • Candidates with experience in Security Solutions, CCTV, Alarm Systems, Surveillance, Telecom, Insurance, or related industries will be preferred. • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities. • Good customer relationship management skills. • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.
