Key Responsibilities

• Aggressively generate leads & acquire new clients

• Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets

• Conduct cold calls, client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

• Regain lost customers & maximize account value

• Coordinate with operations & backend teams for smooth onboarding and delivery

• Maintain DSR / MIS reports & track revenue performance

Eligibility

• MBA (Marketing / Operations): 3–5 yrs experience

• Non-MBA: 2–3 yrs in sales / business development / field sales

• Experience in logistics, courier, express cargo, transport, supply chain, or B2B sales preferred

Skills Required

• B2B Sales / Field Sales / Territory Sales

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

• Negotiation & Deal Closure

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• ERP / MIS tools (preferred)

Work Schedule & Travel

• 6 working days, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• Deployment across Mumbai region with regular local travel
