Job Description: Business Development Manager (Healthcare & Franchise Development)

Location: Kamrup PO Amaranga Barihat Assam
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Role Summary

A growing healthcare organization is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager to support franchise expansion, healthcare marketing, and health camp coordination activities.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and networking skills with the ability to generate business opportunities, conduct field activities, and build long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Development

• Identify and develop new franchise opportunities in assigned territories

• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and business meetings

• Conduct presentations and explain business models to prospective partners

• Follow up with leads and coordinate franchise onboarding

• Achieve monthly business development targets

Health Camp Coordination

• Organize and coordinate health camps and awareness programs

• Coordinate with hospitals, schools, corporates, NGOs, and local organizations

• Ensure smooth execution of camps and promotional activities

• Maintain reports of leads, conversions, and patient engagement

Business Development & Marketing

• Build relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals

• Support local marketing and branding initiatives

• Coordinate promotional campaigns and referral activities

• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field

• MBA preferred

• 2–5 years of experience in:

  • Business Development

  • Franchise Development

  • Healthcare Marketing

  • Field Sales

  • Health Camp Coordination

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good networking and relationship-building ability

• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems

• Target-oriented and self-driven approach
