MDE (Marketing Development Engineers)

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil / Mech or any other disciplines

Experience: 1-3 years’ experience. Preferred experience in primary and Secondary Sales.

Responsibility

• Daily visits to Residential/Commercial and institutional project sites on target basis

• Daily visits to Channel partners, Engineers, Builders, Architects/Consultants, IHBS and Bar benders for creating rapport and generating leads

• Visit the sites for conversion/stage wise supervision before requirement finalization and Concrete casting

• Product onsite demonstration to influencers with Company profile, Product specifications and Technical services

• Conducting promotional activities/Technical meetings for the Influencers on potential and requirement basis

• Assisting the quality complaints upto completion with the help of Sales dept

• Competitor analysis and data collection

• Utilizing the tech van express for Product demonstration, testing and lead generation

• Monitoring Influencer app and loyalty points for Influencers lifting #Coordinating the site leads with concern sales team upto call closing

Requirements:

• Developing the business growth for premium/potential dealers by visiting their Influencers.

• The candidates shall be willing to travel extensively and get transferred to any location within the region.

• Daily field visits mandatory

• Candidates should have own two wheeler and valid license.

• Salary and other allowances of Travel, Food and Performance incentives as per company policy.
