About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Business Development Executive (BDE) for our residential apartment project in Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from prospective customers interested in residential apartments.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Conduct property site visits and provide project-related information.

• Follow up with potential buyers and maintain strong client relationships.

• Negotiate with clients and drive sales closures.

• Achieve sales targets and generate direct bookings.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update sales records.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

• Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.

• Must be comfortable wearing formal attire.

• Self-motivated, presentable, and target-oriented.
