We're Hiring: Field Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

We're looking for energetic, result-driven, and customer-focused professionals to drive business growth and expand market presence in Bangalore.

If you love being on the field, building relationships, and hitting targets, this is for you.

What you’ll do:

- Sales & Business Development

- BTL Marketing

- Relationship Management

What we’re looking for:

- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in field sales. 1-6 years overall sales experience preferred

- Background: Insurance, Banking, Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Durables, or Direct Sales is a plus

- Education: Graduate

- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building

- Must Have: Own a 2-wheeler with Valid DL + RC. Comfortable with extensive field travel

- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 take-home per month + performance incentives
