Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to actively seek out and engage prospective clients. The ideal candidate will identify business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and help the company grow revenue by generating qualified leads and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and offer suitable products or services to meet those needs.
Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM data and generate reports on sales performance and market trends.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (freshers may be considered for junior roles).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation and organizational abilities.
