Generate new business opportunities in Facility Management / IFM services

· Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations

· Build and maintain strong sales pipeline

· Prepare proposals and close service contracts

· Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

. Tendering & Portal Management

· Handle end-to-end tendering process

· Work on Government & Private tender portals

· Prepare techno-commercial bids and BOQs

· Ensure compliance with documentation, EMD, and eligibility criteria

· Track tender status and manage follow-ups
