The role involves working at bank branches, in malls, or in the open market to acquire customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition: Actively source new customers through field sales, direct sales, or bank branch referrals.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly targets for new credit card applications set by management.
Product Promotion: Explain the features, benefits, and interest rates of various SBI card products.
Documentation: Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) and document collection efficiently.
Relationship Management: Build relationships with customers and ensure high-quality, compliant sales.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: 10th pass, Diploma holders, or any graduate.
Experience: 0–1 year in direct sales, banking, or financial services (freshers often accepted).
Skills: Good communication, strong persuasion/negotiation skills, and a result-oriented approach.
Age: Generally 18–32 years.
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: Usually between 17k–25k per month (varies by location).

Field-Based: Requires significant mobility for traveling to meet clients.
