Job Description: 

Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly/quarterly targets through enrolments set by the Departmental Head

 Customer Acquisition & Meetings: Conduct 18–25 meetings per week with SME/entrepreneur prospects to pitch offerings and close deals.

 Lead Management: Track and follow up on all incoming leads from CRM, reviewers, campaigns, and references.

 Sales Presentations & Consultations: Conduct structured solution-selling presentations based on smmart's sales frameworks (SPANCO, SPIN, Burgers).

 Conversion & Closures: Handle objections, offer solutions, and ensure quick conversion from inquiry to closure.

 CRM Reporting & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of meetings, lead progress, closure details, and pipeline forecasts in DAR / CRM.

 Client Servicing Coordination: Ensure post-enrolment formalities adherence, coordinate handover to the Review & Delivery team for seamless onboarding.

 Feedback & Testimonials: Gather client reviews, testimonials, and referrals post-conversion for continued brand credibility.

 Seminar & Workshop Enrolments: Ensure conversion of footfalls from smmart workshops/seminars into full program enrolments.
