📢 Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Company: Apna Screen Network

Location: Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, Gurgaon & Ghaziabad)

Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through field visits and direct business development.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and potential customers.

• Generate leads and achieve assigned business development targets.

• Utilize local area knowledge to identify new business opportunities.

• Communicate with clients in Hindi and English professionally.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and business growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers are welcome; experienced candidates can also apply.

• Strong local knowledge of the assigned area.

• Native Hindi-speaking candidates preferred.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and client-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development.

• Candidates with field sales or business development experience will be considered.

💰 Salary & Benefits

Salary for experienced candidates is subject to experience, skills and selection.
