Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, networking, and social media platforms.

  • Pitch digital marketing services to startups, local businesses, brands, and corporate clients.

  • Understand client requirements and provide customized digital marketing solutions.

  • Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients.

  • Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams for project onboarding and execution.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities.


Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services.

  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development.

  • Lead generation and sales closing ability.

  • Strong presentation and client handling skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace/MS Office.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales preferred.
