🎯 Role Overview

We are hiring a result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) for a field sales role. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients, driving on-ground sales activities, and closing long-term deals.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Visit clients daily to pitch hiring solutions

• Generate leads through cold calling and field prospecting

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions

• Handle objections related to pricing, product, and competition

• Onboard new clients and assist them with job postings

• Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets

• Build strong client relationships and market presence

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate (Diploma / HSC candidates with strong experience can also be considered)

• Minimum 1 year of hardcore B2B sales experience

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

⚠️ Mandatory Requirements (Before CV Submission)

• 2-wheeler is mandatory

• Valid Driving License (DL)

• Vehicle RC (Own or immediate family member’s RC acceptable)

• Willingness to travel extensively for field work
