We are looking for a Business Development Executive for one of the leading banks of India. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing Business Development opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 - ₹19,000 + Incentives and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Will be responsible for sourcing the business – Branch & Open Market.

  2. Will be responsible to interact with the customers & explain about the product.

  3. Should be able to manage relationship with customers/branches/ Managers.

  4. Will be responsible for End-to-end documentation, with the customers.

  5. Execute activities/events from time-to-time augment business effort.

  6. Will be responsible for daily updating of leads/lead tracking/business tracking.

  7. Ensure the prescribed guidelines & laid down process is in execution of your responsibility.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
