Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Business Development professional with proven experience in the real estate or construction industry. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client and channel partner relationships, and driving revenue growth for residential, commercial, or plotted development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in real estate / construction projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, landowners, investors, and channel partners
Handle lead generation, client meetings, site visits, and deal closures
Coordinate with marketing, sales, design, and execution teams to convert leads into projects
Prepare proposals, quotations, feasibility reports, and pitch decks
Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements with clients
Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
Support strategic planning for expansion and new verticals
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and growth targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure
Strong understanding of:
Residential & commercial construction
Turnkey projects, layouts, and real estate sales cycles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build long-term business relationships
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools
Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits
