As a Field Sales Executive, your role is to help merchants grow their businesses by onboarding them to company services and providing a smooth merchant experience.

## 🎯 1. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- 🏪 Merchant Visits: Visit assigned market areas and meet merchants daily.

- 📋 Merchant KYC: Complete accurate merchant KYC documentation.

- ⚡ Service Activation: Promote and activate company services.

- 🔊 Sound Box Installation: Install and activate Sound Boxes at merchant locations.

- 🤝 Merchant Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.

- 📊 Daily Reporting: Submit daily activity and work reports.

## ⭐ 2. DAILY PERFORMANCE TARGET

Minimum Required Score: 10 POINTS PER DAY

There is no fixed sales target. Your daily performance will be measured through a simple activity-based point system.
