Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, building strong relationships, and contributing to the company's sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.

• Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication platforms.

• Understand client requirements and explain the company's products/services.

• Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update their status.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Comfortable with calling, client interaction, and follow-ups.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
