Business Development Executive

Job description

Role & responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with current and potential clients.

Identify target markets and segments to focus on for sales growth.

Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) to develop strategies for acquiring new customers.

Conduct market & competition research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Planning and executing on ground promotional activities

Customer Communication - Tracking Orders, Sharing Dispatch Information and Feedbacks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, warehouse, and procurement, to streamline processes and delivery related issues.

Preferred candidate profile

0-5 years of experience in sales &Marketing or related field.

Strong understanding of B2C/D2C/B2B sales principles and practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation.

Well-spoken and presentable.

Should be open to working with flexible hours.

Salary Package:

3.2 Lakh - 4 Lakh Per Annum
