Job Title: Business Development Agent
Role Summary: The Business Development Agent is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new customers, building strong relationships with merchants/clients, and achieving sales and deployment targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory.
Generate new business opportunities and onboard new merchants/clients.
Promote and explain the company's products and services.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/deployment targets.
Conduct market visits and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business.
Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of onboarding processes.
Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Submit daily activity reports and maintain accurate sales records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, or Merchant Acquisition.
Experience in fintech, banking, telecom, or FMCG sales is an added advantage
