Business Development Executive – Admissions
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support our admissions outreach activities. The role involves connecting with prospective students, visiting potential outreach locations, sharing information about courses, and building relationships to support admissions growth. This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy fieldwork, communication, and working in a goal-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Visit prospective locations and connect with potential students or partners
Conduct field-based outreach activities to create awareness about courses and programs
Communicate course information clearly and respond to basic queries
Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective candidates
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain records of interactions
Coordinate with the admissions team and share field-level updates
Work towards assigned team goals and outreach objectives
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in the regional language is mandatory
Comfortable with regular field visits
Graduate preferred
Positive attitude and ability to work independently
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
Compensation
Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
