Executive – Marketing & Business Development

Reporting To: Manager – Marketing & Business Development

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and nursing homes.

• Generate business leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.

• Promote the company’s biomedical waste management services.

• Conduct customer visits and follow up on business enquiries.

• Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers for service agreements.

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

• Achieve assigned customer acquisition and business targets.

• Maintain customer records and submit daily activity reports.

• Coordinate with the Operations team for customer onboarding and service commencement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience can apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.

• Willingness to travel for field visits.

• Knowledge of Kannada and the local market is preferred.
