Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with potential healthcare clients including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, diagnostic centers, and veterinary services.
Conduct regular field visits and convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Present company services, ensure clear understanding of biomedical waste compliance, and offer tailored solutions.
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery post-client onboarding.
Prepare daily/weekly visit reports, maintain lead tracker and CRM updates.
Participate in tenders and institutional sales processes as required.
