As a BDE, you will find companies that are hiring, meet them, explain ManyJobs, and help them hire employees through our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit clients daily and explain ManyJobs services.

• Find new companies and generate leads.

• Understand customer hiring needs and suggest suitable solutions.

• Handle customer questions and objections.

• Help new clients post jobs and start using the platform.

• Build good relationships with clients.

• Share market updates and leads with your manager.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Update customer meeting details daily.

Requirements

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to find and connect with new customers.

• Own bike and valid driving licence required.

• Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.
