Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HR and recruitment sector
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners
Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable HR solutions
Promote recruitment, staffing, payroll, and HR consulting services
Negotiate contracts and close business deals with clients
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of client requirements
Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients
Prepare sales reports and business performance updates
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications
