🔑 Key Roles & Responsibilities in Real Estate

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and qualify potential buyers through referrals, networking events, online inquiries, and cold calls.

• Maintain a pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent sales opportunities.

2. Property Showcasing

• Schedule and conduct site visits with clients to showcase residential or commercial properties.

• Present property features, amenities, and benefits tailored to client needs.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Build long-term trust with clients by understanding their requirements and offering suitable property options.

• Provide after-sales support and maintain ongoing communication for referrals and repeat business.

4. Negotiation & Deal Closure

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

• Work closely with legal and documentation teams to ensure smooth transaction completion.

5. Market Knowledge & Analysis

• Stay updated on local real estate trends, property laws, and competitor offerings.

• Advise clients on investment opportunities and property appreciation potential.

6. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.

• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to fulfill client requirements.
