We are hiring energetic and ambitious MBA (Marketing / Sales) Freshers who want to build a

serious career in technical sales.

Thisis a field-based,target-driven role focused on selling HVAC projects and products. We are

looking for candidates who are motivated by incentives and performance growth, not just

fixed salary. If you are someone who wants to earn big through performance, this role is for

you. Sell Split ACs, VRF systems, AHUs, Chillers, Ducting & Turnkey HVAC solutions

 Meetbuilders, developers, hospitals, IT parks, factories, hotels, and consultants

 Generate leads through site visits and networking

 Prepare technical-commercial quotations

 Follow up,negotiate and close orders

 Handle 10–15customer/site visits per week

 Coordinate with internal technical and project teams

 Achieve monthly and quarterly salestargets
