Experience Required: Only experience in Current Account Opening

Job description:AU Small Finance Bank's Current Account department, the job involves CASA acquisition (Current & Savings Accounts), focusing on field sales, cold calling, and achieving targets, alongside relationship management, cross-selling products (insurance, loans, investments) and providing excellent service. Key responsibilities include ensuring strict KYC/AML compliance, smooth onboarding, resolving issues, and driving branch profitability by expanding the customer base and increasing deposits, all while adhering to regulatory guidelines and promoting digital banking.

Key Responsibilities

•Source and acquire Current Account customers

•Handle end-to-end Current Account opening process

•Ensure complete KYC and documentation as per bank norms

•Coordinate with operations team for timely account activation

•Maintain quality sourcing with zero audit issues

•Achieve assigned business targets
