🔥 Job Role: Fintech Field Executive

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Executives / Business Development Executives who can visit local shops, retailers, merchants, and businesses and promote Indezon’s fintech and digital financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit shopkeepers, retailers, merchants, and local businesses for business development.

• Introduce and explain Indezon’s digital payment and financial services.

• Onboard new merchants and business partners.

• Generate leads and convert them into active customers.

• Explain services such as Money Transfer, Micro ATM, Insurance, Loans, PAN Card, Banking and KYC.

• Assist merchants with registration, onboarding and KYC documentation.

• Maintain regular relationships with existing merchants.

• Achieve assigned daily/monthly business and onboarding targets.

• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.

• Coordinate with the internal team for customer onboarding and service-related issues.

• Maintain daily activity and sales reports.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Male candidates only.

• 0–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, fintech, banking, payments, BFSI, telecom or a related field.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with field work and meeting customers/merchants.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps and digital transactions.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Candidates with experience in Fintech, Digital Payments, Banking, BFSI, Merchant Acquisition, QR/UPI, Micro ATM or Money Transfer will be preferred.

Candidates must have:

• 🏍️ Own Bike – Mandatory

• 💻 Own Laptop – Mandatory
