Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Assistant who is confident in communication, proactive in follow-ups, and focused on closing deals. This role is strictly sales-oriented and requires strong coordination with leads, site visits, and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins

• Explain property details, pricing, and availability clearly

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospects

• Follow up consistently until deal closure

• Update all leads and follow-ups in CRM/Excel

• Coordinate with operations team for bookings and move-ins

• Meet daily call, follow-up, and closure targets

Required Skills & Eligibility

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Sales mindset with focus on conversions

• Must know Excel (basic to intermediate level)

• Must have own laptop

• Must have own mobile phone

• Must have own two-wheeler for site visits

• Comfortable with targets and incentives

Experience & Qualification

• 6 months to 2 years experience in sales, real estate, or field sales preferred

• Freshers with strong communication and confidence may also apply

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed salary (as per experience) + Incentive

• Attractive incentive per deal closed

• No cap on incentives – performance driven role
