Business Development Executive (BDE) – Job Description

Hindustan Assistance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our business network and promote our Roadside Assistance (RSA) services across Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Advisors, Influencers, Automobile Dealers, Workshops, Fleet Owners, Insurance Partners, and Corporate Clients.

• Identify and onboard new Influencers to generate quality business leads.

• Regularly engage with existing influencers and advisors to strengthen business relationships.

• Promote and sell Roadside Assistance (RSA) Plans.

• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

• Conduct field visits within the assigned territory.

• Generate leads through market visits, referrals, and influencer networks.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.

• Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports, and business activity updates.

• Study market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and business presentations.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development (Automobile Industry preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience in handling dealers, advisors, or influencer networks will be an added advantage.

• Ability to achieve monthly business targets.

• Must possess a valid Driving License.

• Own two-wheeler preferred.

• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Attractive Incentives
