Lead Generation & Sales: Sourcing business through open markets, developers, and real estate agents to meet monthly sales targets.
Customer Interaction: Visiting prospective clients to explain home loan products, eligibility, and features.
Loan Processing: Collecting documentation, verifying documents, checking CIBIL reports, and coordinating with technical/valuation teams for sanction and disbursement.
Relationship Management: Developing strong ties with builders, developers, and brokers for referrals.
Market Intelligence: Providing feedback on competitor products and market trends to supervisors.
