The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market research, sales meetings, negotiations, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for closures
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of services
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales or business development (freshers can apply if specified)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Good presentation and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
Willingness to travel if required
0–2 years for junior BDE roles
