We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team at Noida Sector 104. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives through lead generation, meetings, and follow-ups.
Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.
Generate qualified leads via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and walk-ins.
Set up meetings with decision-makers and present company services effectively.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and negotiations.
Update and maintain client information and progress on CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams for timely delivery of services.
Report on sales activities, targets, and outcomes to management.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Graduate in any stream (MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing is a plus)
1–3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or client servicing
