Role Overview:
There is a multi-functional role involving sales, relationship management, marketing support, and on-ground program execution. The role serves as a stepping stone to a career in adventure learning and outdoor education, with opportunities to work both in the city and at outstation camps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual revenue targets and maximize footfall at Rocksport campsites

• Generate, follow up, and close group enquiries from schools and small corporates

• Build strong relationships with schools, agents, and customers

• Support local area marketing initiatives and PR activities

• Attend to walk-in and direct customer queries

• Work as an instructor during camps and adventure programs

• Ensure smooth program delivery and high guest satisfaction

• Prepare proposals, maintain records, and provide team/client support

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate (any stream)

• Good communication skills (English & local language)

• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Background in sports / extracurricular activities preferred

• Passion for outdoor activities, travel, and adventure

• Must be willing to travel and own a bike or be willing to use one

Age Preference: 18–25 years
Training: Structured induction & on-the-job training (STG)
