Job వివరణ

We are hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) for the Google Project (Merchant Credit

Loan /Google Pay Revisit/Google Map). The role involves revisiting merchants and shops to

ensure active engagement and usage of Google Pay QR services. Candidates with experience in

Fintech/BFSI/Telecom/Retail or field sales are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned merchants and shops daily for Google Pay QR revisit activities.

• Work on assigned leads—no cold calling or lead generation required.

• Ensure merchant activation and retention by explaining the benefits of Google Pay.

• Complete a minimum of 15 valid tasks per day (merchant revisits).

• Maintain proper documentation and update visit detailsin the system/app provided.

• Build and maintain a positive relationship with merchantsfor sustained engagement.

• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass/ Graduate preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Fintech, Payments, or Field Sales.

• Bike & Smartphone: Mandatory (with valid driving license)
