Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Executive to manage end-to-end fleet activities. The role involves vehicle onboarding, compliance management, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth operational flow across all stages of fleet management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Activation & Inventory Management

    • Handle activation of vehicles under other inventory categories

    • Manage onboarding of new vehicles into the system

    • Reactivate inactive vehicles

  • Inspection & Compliance

    • Conduct regular vehicle inspections

    • Ensure 100% compliance of drivers and vehicles with company policies

    • Monitor and prevent driver impersonation

  • Branding & Vendor Management

    • Oversee car branding activities

    • Identify and onboard vendors for operational support

    • Identify and manage Kaptans (drivers)

  • Operations Coordination

    • Ensure smooth coordination from onboarding to activation

    • Manage end-to-end fleet operations efficiently
