We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager who can build relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors and physiotherapists and generate genuine patient enquiries that convert into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hospital Partnerships: Visit hospitals, nursing homes, discharge departments and rehabilitation centres to develop referral relationships for home patient care services.

2. Doctor & Clinic Networking: Build relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, orthopaedic and neurological clinics, and other relevant healthcare professionals.

3. Patient Acquisition: Contact prospective customers and families, understand their requirements, explain our services and pricing, and help convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

4. Field Sales: Conduct daily visits across assigned Delhi clusters, including Rohini, West Delhi and South Delhi.

5. Lead Management: Maintain records of every visit, referral source, enquiry, follow-up and booking in the company's CRM.

6. Follow-ups & Conversion: Follow up with hospitals, doctors and families until the requirement is confirmed or closed.

7. Coordination: Work with the operations team to confirm staff availability, service suitability and timely deployment.

8. Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with referral partners and existing customers to generate repeat business and recommendations.

9. Reporting: Submit daily visit reports, leads generated, bookings converted and reasons for lost business.
