Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
● Lead client acquisition and manage relationships across B2B and B2C segments
● Manage, mentor, and train sales teams to achieve targets
● Identify new market opportunities and expand business presence
● Forecast sales performance and prepare reports
● Handle pricing, negotiations, and contract closures
● Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution
● Monitor P&L and ensure profitability
Skills & Qualifications
● Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales with a strong track record of achieving targets
● Strong leadership and team management skills
● Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
● Proficiency in CRM and sales tools
● Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
● Knowledge of EV industry is an added advantage
