Job Role - :Share Your Space (SYS) is a new retail pop-up concept that helps stores monetize unused space by hosting exhibitors and pop-up brands. We are looking for a confident presentable and energetic Business Development Professional Female who can meet retail store owners, present the SYS concept, and build partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:• Visit retail stores across Mumbai to introduce the SYS concept

• Build relationships with store owners and explain partnership opportunities

• Identify suitable spaces inside stores for pop-up stalls

• ⁠Follow up with interested retailers and close agreements

• ⁠Coordinate with exhibitors who want to set up stalls•

Ideal Candidate:

• Confident personality with good communication skills

• ⁠Comfortable speaking with retailers and business owners

• ⁠Presentable and professional in approach

• ⁠Self-motivated and willing to travel locally for meetings

• ⁠Prior experience in field sales, retail sales, exhibitions, or promotions is a plus

Compensation:• Fixed monthly payment (10000-25000) + performance incentives
