Job Description:

Jana Small Finance Bank is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDE) for field sales operations. The role involves acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through field sales activities

• Acquire customers for banking and financial products

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Conduct market visits and follow up with prospective clients
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Graduation required

• 1 year of field sales experience (Banking/Finance preferred)

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in field sales environment

• Not more than 7 days Gap/ Must be working currently
  

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of banking or financial products

• Customer-focused approach

• Target-driven mindset
