🔍 Position : Business Development Officer

📍 Location : Across Bangalore– assignments near your residence

💰 Salary : Upto ₹5.5 LPA (25% hike over graduation stipend or last drawn salary)

🎓 Education : Graduation – any discipline

⏰ Working Hours : Standard banking hours (Mon–Sat)

🎯 Role & Responsibilities

Visit assigned neighborhoods to acquire new Current & Savings Accounts

Engage with potential customers and guide them through the account-opening process

Generate leads and close sales through field outreach

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details

✅ Requirements

Graduate (mandatory)

Fluent in both local language and English

Must possess a bike and a valid driving license

Comfortable with field work and flexible travel across nearby areas

Ready to join with experience letter (if any) and latest 3-month pay slips (if available)
