Business Development Executive

Role Overview: We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our Sales Team. This is a great opportunity for freshers or early professionals who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment. As an On-site Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of the company, directly interacting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily on-field visits to generate leads and convert them into sales.

• Effectively pitch and promote our products/services to potential clients.

• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.

• Collect market feedback and report sales activity regularly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• 0 to 1 year of work experience (freshers can also apply)

• Must have a laptop.

• Must have a 2-wheeler for daily intra-city travel.

• Willingness to meet at least 3 clients per day.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly motivated, target-driven, and adaptable.
