We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive who has minimum 1 year of experience in software sales. The person will be responsible for building pipelines, meeting clients in person, closing deals, and expanding our market reach. This is primarily a remote role, with a requirement to report to our head office in RS Puram once a week.
Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities
Engage with clients face-to-face to understand their needs and pitch our software solutions
Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product, support) to ensure client requirements are met
Travel locally to meet prospects and clients (all travel expenses will be reimbursed by the company)
Report progress, pipeline status, and results to leadership
At least 1 year of experience in software sales (B2B or B2C)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Comfortable with frequent travel for client meetings
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Ability and willingness to come to the RS Puram office once a week
Marketing, or related field preferred
