The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of implementing effective sales strategies to support business growth.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
Close sales through various methods including phone calls, client meetings, and door-to-door visits where required.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable products or solutions.
Research market trends and develop creative sales strategies to improve performance.
Maintain and update client database regularly.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance metrics, and customer feedback to management.
Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma (you can edit if needed)
Experience: 0–2 years in sales, business development, or a related field (freshers can apply)
Familiarity with sales techniques and lead generation methods.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use MS Office, CRM tools, or similar software.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
