We are looking for Business Development Executive (BDE) (Overseas Education) responsible for on-field student acquisition through college and school visits, seminars, workshops, and education events and for converting generated leads into successful study abroad enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

Field Work, Events & Institutional Visits

• Visit colleges, schools and educational institutions to promote study abroad programs

• Participate in education fairs, expos and promotional campaigns

• Generate quality leads through seminars, referrals and field activities

• Ensure proper collection and validation of student data

Lead Follow-up & Conversion

• Follow up with generated leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings

• Convert qualified leads into applications and enrolments

• Contribute to revenue growth through effective conversions

Reporting & Compliance

• Submit daily field visit reports, lead status, and conversion updates

• Maintain accurate data for follow-ups and internal tracking systems

• Adhere to company policies and ethical standards

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and persuasion skills

• Confidence in conducting seminars and handling student queries

• Willingness to travel for field work

• Target-driven and self-motivated

Qualification & Experience

• Education: Any Bachelor’s degree

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing preferred

Work Nature

• Field-based and office-based role

• Local and outstation travel required for visiting associates, academic institutions, college/school.

• It is a Full Time ఫీల్డ్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
